PAYMENT & RETURNS

Tips: Are not required, but are greatly appreciated in the service industry.

Training: Payment is due at time of service.

Returns for training must be made within 30 days of purchase. Training Sessions are valid for 180 days after purchase.

Overnight Pet Sitting: See Reservations tab for more info. Remaining Payment(Minus Deposit) is due at time of service for returning clients.

*New clients can pay remaining amount at time of service, or at time of first completed service.

Pet Sitting Wellness Visits: Payment is due in full at time of first visit.

Walking: Payment is due at time of service.

Late payments are subject to a $10.00 per day fee until invoice is paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESERVATIONS

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations happen, as things come up in our busy lives. It's very important that you let me know at least 48 hours in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling needed for training or walking.

Cancellation for dog sittings and visits can be cancelled at any time up to two weeks prior to start of the overnight stay, but your deposit would be forfeited(see reservations for more info). If cancelling within two weeks of the start date of your overnight stay, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the overnight stay.

As many of you know I strive to be as flexible as possible, but as business grows its very important that if you cannot make an appointment, I have adequate time to offer others the opportunity to take advantage of that time slot.

Failure to cancel your appointments in the above mentioned times will result in being charged the full amount for the appointment.

Cancellations can be made via phone call, text or e-mail.

RESERVATIONS AND FEES

Reservations can be made at any time prior to your departure. However please note, short notice may be difficult to book given the dates may already be taken. It's very important that you let us know dates and times as soon as possible to ensure we have availability.

Moving forward, reservations for both overnight sittings and visits will require a down payment upon booking(25% of the total cost non-refundable). Payment can come in the form of cash, check, or credit card and a receipt is available upon request. This will ensure you're booked, and those dates are locked in for you.

Extended Sit Fee: There will be an additional $10 per day fee for any overnight pet sitting that is or more than 10 days in duration.
